Setup
- The Smart hub doesn’t power up.
- I don’t have the codes to register my device.
- The Mobile app doesn’t accept the codes.
- I cannot send or receive an invite for another parent.
- The Mobile app doesn't accept my family name
Connectivity
Battery & charging
- My Baby monitor or Parent wristband isn't charging
- My Parent wristband runs out of battery very quickly.
- One or both of the devices are charging intermittently or not getting fully charged.
