How do I connect to another network?

  • If there is a change in your home Wi-Fi password or network, you will see a ‘Smart hub not connected to internet’ alert on both the Mobile app and Parent wristband.

  • When the Smart hub is not connected to Wi-Fi, you will not receive any other alerts on the Mobile app.

  • If your Wi-Fi network or password have changed, you will be asked to enter the new Wi-Fi network info.

  • Go to your Mobile app and then connect your Wi-Fi to 'Bluebell-Hub Setup'.

  • Go back into the app and select 'scan for networks' Select your Wi-Fi and enter the password.

  • Connect your phone back to your home Wi-Fi network.

  • Please note that currently you CAN NOT use your Bluebell Smart hub with a Wi-Fi network that requires browser authentication.
