The Mobile app doesn’t accept the codes.

  • Reason: The mobile app hasn’t scanned the codes properly.

    • Solution: Scan the codes again in the Mobile app; make sure you use the codes for your devices.

  • Reason: Typing the codes in has a wrong character.

    • Solution: If you're typing in manually, please pay attention to the difference between letter O and number zero.
