I cannot send or receive an invite for another parent.

  • Reason: The other parent’s email is incorrect.

    • Solution: Check that the email used for the invite and for creating a 2nd account are the same. Also remember to check your junk mail folder, and to wait a moment as there may be a delay.


  • Reason: The email used for registering an account and email where invite was sent are different

    • Solution: Check that the email used for the invite and for creating a 2nd account are the same.
