I can't connect to the Smart hub Wi-Fi network.

  • Reason: The Smart Hub Wi-Fi isn't connecting to available Wi-Fi as the settings have changed.  If this is the case, the Smart Hub night light will flash slowly.
    • Solution: If the Smart hub is powered up, check that your phone Wi-Fi is on and look for a Wi-Fi network called “BluebellHub-Setup”. Then follow the instructions to pair your Smart hub to your home Wi-Fi.

  • Reason: The Smart hub isn't powered up (see above)
    • Solution: If you have already connected the Smart hub to another Wi-Fi network, go to your Mobile app device settings to reconnect the Wi-Fi.

  • Reason: The Smart hub is out of range of your phone.
    • Solution: Move the phone closer to the Smart hub.
