My Baby monitor or Parent wristband isn't charging

  • Reason: The device is not attached properly.

    • Solution: Make sure you snap the device onto the Smart hub and that the charging LED turns on. For the Parent wristband, try turning the straps back on themselves and fastening so that it sits easier in the Smart hub. (Click here for an example)


  • Reason: The Smart hub isn't on.
    • Solution: Make sure that the Smart hub is plugged in and has power.
