Reason: The Baby monitor isn't attached properly.
Reason: The Baby monitor has run out of battery.
Solution: Please charge the device by putting it in its charging slot in the Smart hub.
Reason: The Mobile app isn't connected to the internet.
Solution: Make sure your internet connection's working on your phone.
Reason: The Baby monitor isn't in range of the Smart hub.
Solution: Move the Baby monitor or Parent wristband closer to the Smart hub.
Reason: The alerts setting is stopping alerts coming through.
Solution: Change modes to one where you'll get alerts. (See video below).
Reason: The alerts have been turned off in settings.
