I don’t receive alerts or data on my Mobile app or Parent wristband.


  • Reason: The Baby monitor has run out of battery.

    • Solution: Please charge the device by putting it in its charging slot in the Smart hub.


  • Reason: The Mobile app isn't connected to the internet.

    • Solution: Make sure your internet connection's working on your phone. 


  • Reason: The Baby monitor isn't in range of the Smart hub.

    • Solution: Move the Baby monitor or Parent wristband closer to the Smart hub.


  • Reason: The alerts setting is stopping alerts coming through.

    • Solution: Change modes to one where you'll get alerts. (See video below).


  • Reason: The alerts have been turned off in settings.

    • Solution: Change modes to one where you'll get alerts. (See video below).
