Reason: The Parent wristband is out of range or one of the phones in your family isn't connected to the internet.
Solution: Move the Parent wristband into the range of the Smart hub or the Baby monitor. Make sure all phones being used have an internet connection.
Reason: The modes are set differently on different devices.
Solution: Change mode to allow alerts to come through. See instructions for changing modes on the Parent wristband.
