Reason: The alert is confirmed from another device.
Solution: If you confirm the alert on your Parent wristband, it will also confirm on your Mobile app, and vice versa, as long as the user of the app is the wearer of the Parent wristband. This can be decided in the settings.
Reason: The alert has not been confirmed within 5 minutes.
Solution: Alerts continue for 5 minutes and will expire if not seen during that period.
