I can't hear any audio on the Smart hub.

  • Reason: The Smart hub isn't powered up.

    • Solution: Make sure it's plugged in properly.


  • Reason: The Smart hub volume has been turned down.

    • Solution: Turn the volume up by pressing the volume button, either on the Smart hub or on the app.


  • Reason: The sound has been paused from the Smart hub or from the Mobile app.

    • Solution: Press the play/pause button on the Smart hub or Mobile app.
