I cannot hear any audio through the Mobile app.

  • Reason: Baby isn't close enough to the Smart hub microphone

    • Solution: The listening in feature only works if the Smart hub and microphone can hear baby. 

  • Reason: Something's blocking the microphone on the Smart hub.

    • Solution: Make sure there's nothing between Smart hub and baby, blocking the sound.

  • Reason: Your phone isn't connected to the internet.

    • Solution: Check that your phone has an internet connection and isn't in flight mode.

  • Reason: Your phone volume is low or turned off.

    • Solution: Check that your phone's volume is turned up.
