I cannot a tracked routine.

  • Reason: You haven't tracked anything yet.

    • Solution: Track something on the Parent wristband or Mobile app.


  • Reason: The Parent wristband hasn’t been in the range of the Smart hub after the last tracked item.

    • Solution: Bring the Parent wristband back into the range of the Smart hub and give it a few minutes to sync.
