The Mobile app doesn't accept my family name

  • Reason: You are not using the correct family name

    • Solution: If you're the Main parent, then you can edit the family name. If you are not the Main parent for the family, then please check with the Main parent to get the right family name. The Main parent needs to invite you to the family before you can connect your app to the family account. If that doesn't work, then ask them to change the family name and try to use the new family name to access the family account.
