I don't have the codes to connect my devices.

  • Reason: I've lost the commissioning codes or do not know where to find them.

    • Solution: The codes are printed on the Quick Start Guide included in your Bluebell box. They're also on the bottom of the Smart hub. If you've commissioned the Baby monitor and Parent wristband at least once before, then the codes will be stored in your account in the cloud. If you still don't have access to them, you can contact us at to request the codes.
