I cannot connect the Smart hub to my home Wi-Fi.

  • Reason:Your Wi-Fi router isn't on.
    • Solution: Ensure that your home Wi-Fi router is powered and running.

  • Reason: Your Wi-Fi creates different networks for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz.
  • OR: Your Wi-Fi doesn’t support 2.4 GHz (Bluebell only supports 2.4 GHz)
    • Solution: Select the Wi-Fi network that supports 2.4 GHz frequency.

  • Reason: Your Wi-Fi requires a separate log-in before allowing the connection (e.g. hotels).
    • Solution: Currently, you cannot connect to Wi-Fi that requires separate log-in. We will be working on developing this ability later on and when developed, this will be enabled in your system too. Until then you could either ask the hotel (or wherever you're staying) if they have a Wi-Fi that is password protected. You can also try using a hotspot on a mobile phone or a data dongle.
