I cannot see the BluebellHub_SetupWi-Fi network when setting-up Bluebell.

  • Reason: Your Smart hub is not powered up.
    • Solution: Make sure your Smart hub's plugged in and on, and that it's not already connected to another Wi-Fi network. It could take up to five minutes for the Wi-Fi network to appear. If it doesn't connect, or you don’t see the BluebellHub_SetupWi Wif-Fi network, try unplugging and re-plugging the hub, and refresh your app by closing and re-opening it.
