One or both of the devices are charging intermittently or not getting fully charged.

  • Reason: The device is not in the charging slot properly.
    • Solution: Make sure the device is pushed down properly and snaps into the charging slot. When charging properly, the charging light will be on, and your Mobile app will show that it's charging.
    • Solution: If the Parent wristband won't stay in its charging slot, simply bend the straps back like this and it should fit in and not pop off.
