The LED doesn’t light up when the device is charging.

  • Reason: The charging mechanism for the Smart hub isn't working properly. (Please note that it can take a few seconds for the charging LED light to go on after it's put on charge. 
    • Solution: Check that the Smart hub's plugged in and working. If it seems like it's not working properly, try unplugging and re-plugging it. If the hub is working otherwise and the devices are also working well, and only the charging mechanism is not working then please email us at help@bluebell.io.

  • Reason: The charging mechanism light isn't working.
    • Solution: Check that the Smart hub is plugged in and working generally. Check if the devices are charging when the devices are kept on the charging slots by checking that a) the devices are getting charged or b) the home screen of the Mobile app shows devices charging when they are kept on charge. Please note that there could be a delay of up to a minute sometimes between charging light coming on or going off when devices are put to charge or taken off. If it takes longer than a minute, please put the device in its charging slot again for 10-15 seconds and lift it again. If they still don't seem to be charging, you can also try unplugging and re-plugging the hub to restart it. If that doesn't work, then email for support on help@bluebell.io
