The Mobile app doesn’t show that the devices are charging.

  • Reason: The Mobile app isn't getting information from the Smart hub
    • Solution: For your Mobile app to get information from your monitor, the Smart hub needs to be connected to Wi-Fi, and your Mobile app should have an internet connection. So, please ensure that your Smart hub is connected to Wi-Fi (if it's not connected then the hub night light or mic mute light will be flashing). And check your phone has an internet connection.

  • Reason: The Mobile app isn't working properly.
    • Solution: Refresh it by closing and reopening it.
