I receive too many alerts

  • Reason: The number of alerts you get will depend on how often the things that trigger the alerts happen. We have tested them and set the thresholds to minimise both false positives and false negatives. However, every baby and parent is different, so you can customise your alert settings.
    • Solution: You can control the alerts you receive in two ways:
      • Changing the alert settings on the Mobile app (select 'Alerts' from the menu in the top left). Some alerts you can only switch on or off, other alerts you can switch on/off and change the reaction time between fast and slow.
      • You can choose to turn all alerts off at once (see video below).
      • Please note that changing settings on the Mobile app of the user who has the Parent wristband attached to their account will automatically update the settings on Parent wristband as long as Parent wristband is within range of the Smart hub. So always check the Mobile settings of the account that has Parent wristband attached to it. You'll see the Parent wristband icon against the user it’s attached to.
