Alerts stop on their own.

  • Reason: The issue causing the alert has been resolved.
    • Solution: If the issue that triggered alert has been resolved by itself then the alert will stop. For example, if baby turns onto their tummy, then turns back. If you want, you can always see past alerts in alert history (select the exclamation mark in the bottom left of the home screen).

  • Reason: The alert's already been confirmed on the app or Parent wristband.
    • Solution: The Bluebell app is user specific, so alerts confirmed on one app will not confirm and stop it on another app. However, for the user who has the Parent wristband attached to them, if they confirm the alert on the app or the Parent wristband then it will also confirm the alert on the Parent wristband as long as Parent wristband is in range of the Smart hub.

  • Reason: The alert times out after 5 mins or 1 min depending on the alert.
    • Solution: If the alert continues for 5 mins (1 min for reminders, low battery alerts, room alerts and other low priority alerts) unattended, it's automatically turned off to save battery life.
