The settings don’t affect the behaviour of the Parent wristband

  • Reason: The user of the Mobile app is not the same as the user of the Parent wristband.
    • Solution: Make sure the Mobile app you’re using to change settings is connected to the Parent wristband by going to 'Family and Devices' on the app (in the top left menu).
