I can't join a family.

  • Reason: You haven't been invited.
    • Solution: The owner of the family has to invite you using your email.

  • Reason: The email address being used to join the family is different to the email address the invite was sent to.
    • Solution: You need to use the email account that was invited to join the family or request that the owner of the family account sends the invite again to the email you want to use to join the family.
