The Mobile app sign up isn't working.

  • Reason: Your email or password is not in the required format.
    • Solution: Ensure that your email and/or password is in normal format (e.g. jsmith@example.com).

  • Reason: You've already registered an account using that email address.
    • Solution: Log in or reset your password.

  • Reason: You’ve forgotten your password.
    • Solution: Click on ‘I’ve forgotten my password’.
