- Reason: Your mobile phone hasn't received data from the Parent wristband yet
- Solution: Your Mobile app will only receive the information from your Parent wristband if the wristband is connected to the Smart hub and both your hub and app have internet access. So, please make sure that your wristband's not in flight mode, is in range of the hub and the hub is connected to the Wi-Fi with internet access. Also, check that your phone's connected to the internet.
