Smart hub update March 16th 2020

We've got a new update for your Smart hub!

Your Smart hub will update automatically. While it does this, the night light will move around the hub for a few minutes. Please don't unplug your Smart hub while it's updating. Once updated, it will restart and then you're good to go.

With this latest update (v.4.30.5):

  • When your Parent wristband or Baby monitor are on their charging slots, your Smart hub will be able to tell your Mobile app if they're currently charging or fully charged. (As long as your devices are paired and connected to your Smart hub).
  • There are improvements to cloud connectivity for anyone with a slow internet connection.
  • We've made a few other fixes which will improve the reliability of your Smart hub.
