Smart hub update July 29th 2021

We've got another minor update for your Smart hub that addresses a few issues you have helpfully helped us identify.

Your Smart hub will update automatically. While it does this, the night light will move around the hub for a few minutes. Please do not unplug your Smart hub while it's updating. Once updated, it will restart and then you're good to go. The update will only happen if the Baby monitor and the Parent wristband are on charge to avoid any disruption while you are using Bluebell.

This latest update (v.5.21.8):

  • Fixes an issue with room temperature readings getting stuck in some situations
  • Fixes an issue with wifi network names or passwords with special characters
  • Fixes a very rare issue of the hub restarting on its own while in use; this could cause nightlight level changing to default brightness or looped lullabies stopping
