Camera not in pairing mode

Bluebell Cam not turning on?

If your Bluebell Cam is not turning on and you cannot see any lights on the front of the camera, please check to see that the power cable is plugged in securely.

The micro USB cable should be plugged into the back of the camera, the other end of the USB cable into the USB plug and the power plug into a functioning power socket. Please also check if switching the power socket helps.

Bluebell Cam not showing a blinking red light?

After plugging in, the Bluebell Cam can show a solid red light for about 30 secs and then switch to a blinking red light.

If the camera is on, but not showing a blinking red light, please reset the camera to get it ready for pairing. To reset the camera and make it ready for pairing, press and hold the reset button at the back of the camera for about 5 seconds until you hear a chime. The camera will then restart and after about 30 seconds it should show a blinking red light indicating it's ready for pairing.

If these steps don't help, please contact Bluebell customer support on or on your Bluebell app.
