For some reason the Smart hub didn't manage to connect to your wifi router.

Move the Smart hub closer to your wifi router in case the signal is weak. This could be due to signal interference specific to Bluebell hub that will be resolved once the setup process is complete.
Some WiFi routers have "Smart setup" features that might prevent Bluebell from connecting properly. Please refer to your Wifi router instructions and turn off any "Smart setup" features temporarily during setup.

Reset the wifi credentials by pressing the microphone mute and volume down buttons for 10 secs or until the Smart hub makes a loud chime. The hub should then restart and show the Bluebell wifi network again.
If the hub shows a back and forth nightlight pattern, it means a software update is in progress. This can take up to 10 mins depending on the speed and signal of the wifi connection. Once the update is complete, the hub will restart.
