Smart hub didn't update

1. Is the Smart hub showing a sweeping nightlight pattern?

If the hub shows a back and forth sweeping nightlight pattern, it means a software update is in progress. This can take up to 10 mins depending on the speed and signal of the wifi connection. If you can see this pattern, please wait until the update is complete. Once the update is complete, the hub will restart.

2. Is the Smart hub not showing a sweeping nightlight pattern?

For some reason the Smart hub is not able to update the software or is already up-to-date. You can try again or skip the software update for now. The hub will automatically attempt the software update at a later time when you are charging your devices.
