Slow app login on Sun 10th at 6.30pm due to issues with Amazon Cloud Services

Hello all!


Some of you might have experienced issues with logging into the app yesterday Sunday 10th July from 6.30 to 7.15 pm. This was due to an issue with Amazon Cloud Services that affected many companies and was caused by overheating at some of their server centres. Bluebell technical team worked hard to resolve the issue with Amazon, which meant that only a few users were affected and the issue was resolved quickly. The issue has been fully resolved now.
